1. Acceptance of terms
By using Surra Maps (the "App") and the website surramaps.org (the "Site"), you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service description
Surra Maps is a Sardinian territory exploration application providing: interactive offline maps, geolocated points of interest, trails and itineraries, cultural and historical content about Sardinia.
3. Access to the service
The app is free and does not require a mandatory account for launch-stage use. Some features may depend on connection availability, the device or external services opened by the user.
4. License
Surra Maps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, modify or distribute the App or its content; decompile or attempt to extract the source code; use the App for commercial purposes without written authorization.
5. External links and services
In some cases the app may open external services chosen by the user, such as Google Maps for navigation to a place. Use of those services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.
6. User conduct
It is prohibited to use Surra Maps to bypass technical limitations, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, extract data abusively or infringe third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Surra Maps provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or continued availability of maps and content. Trails and paths described require adequate physical preparation and equipment. Surra Maps is not responsible for accidents during outdoor use of the app.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SURRA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Any non-waivable rights granted to the user by applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice. We are not responsible for service interruptions.
10. Privacy and analytics
Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Active analytics only concern first-party product measurement and do not include third-party advertising tracking.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the court of the registered office of SURRA, without prejudice to the consumer's competent court.
