1. Acceptance of terms
By using Surra Maps (the "App") and the website surramaps.org (the "Site"), you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service description
Surra Maps is a Sardinian territory exploration application providing: interactive offline maps, geolocated points of interest, trails and itineraries, cultural and historical content about Sardinia.
3. Registration and account
An account is required to access all features. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Creating multiple or fake accounts is prohibited.
4. License
Surra Maps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: copy, modify or distribute the App or its content; decompile or attempt to extract the source code; use the App for commercial purposes without written authorization.
5. User content
By submitting content (reports, photos, comments), you grant Surra Maps a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such content in the app and promotional materials. You are responsible for the content you post and warrant that you have the necessary rights.
6. User conduct
It is prohibited to use Surra Maps to: post illegal, offensive or misleading content; interfere with the operation of the service; collect data from other users without consent; infringe third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Surra Maps provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or continued availability of maps and content. Trails and paths described require adequate physical preparation and equipment. Surra Maps is not responsible for accidents during outdoor use of the app.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Surra Maps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice. We are not responsible for service interruptions.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at Surra Maps' registered office, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
